目的:通过本研究阐释 TGF-β2(transforming growth factor, beta 2)与骨髓纤维化的关系。方法:采用骨髓塑料包埋法制备半薄切片,利用免疫组化技术检测实验组与对照组骨髓组织中 TGF-β2的表达情况。结果:骨髓纤维化患者骨髓组织中 TGF-β2的表达低于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TGF-β2在骨髓纤维化的发生中具有重要作用。

목적:통과본연구천석 TGF-β2(transforming growth factor, beta 2)여골수섬유화적관계。방법:채용골수소료포매법제비반박절편,이용면역조화기술검측실험조여대조조골수조직중 TGF-β2적표체정황。결과:골수섬유화환자골수조직중 TGF-β2적표체저우정상대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:TGF-β2재골수섬유화적발생중구유중요작용。
Objective: The study was performed to understand the relation between TGF-β2 (transforming growth factor, beta 2) and bone marrow fibrosis. Methods: The plastic embedded bone marrow was used to made semithin sections, expression of TGF- β2 in the experimental group and control group was detected by using immunohistochemical method. Results:Expression of bone marrow tissue of patients with bone marrow fibrosis in TGF-β2 lower than that of the normal control group, The expression of TGF-β2 in myelofibrosis was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion:TGF-β2 plays an important role in myelofibrosis.
