目的：观察氟西汀对脑卒中患者抑郁状态及生活质量的影响，为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2011-08-2013-08在我院治疗的80例脑卒中患者的临床资料，对比分析服用氟西汀对患者治疗前后抑郁状况和生活质量的影响。结果治疗6周后，观察组汉密顿抑郁量表总分、神经功能缺损评分明显低于治疗前和对照组，生活质量指数评分明显高于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论氟西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁，可显著改善患者的抑郁状态，促进脑卒中患者神经功能的恢复，提高患者的日常生活质量。
목적：관찰불서정대뇌졸중환자억욱상태급생활질량적영향，위림상치료제공삼고의거。방법회고성분석2011-08-2013-08재아원치료적80례뇌졸중환자적림상자료，대비분석복용불서정대환자치료전후억욱상황화생활질량적영향。결과치료6주후，관찰조한밀돈억욱량표총분、신경공능결손평분명현저우치료전화대조조，생활질량지수평분명현고우대조조，2조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론불서정치료뇌졸중후억욱，가현저개선환자적억욱상태，촉진뇌졸중환자신경공능적회복，제고환자적일상생활질량。
Objective To observe the effects of fluoxetine on depression and quality of life of stroke patients ,and to pro-vide reference for clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data for 80 patients with stroke from August 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital ,was perflrmed the comparative analysis of the impact of taking fluoxetine on depression status and quality of life of patients before and after treatment.Results After 6 weeks of treatment ,the observation group Hamilton Depression Rating Scale total score ,neurological deficit scores were significantly lower than before treatment and control groups ,quality of life index score was significantly higher in both groups was statistically significant ( P< 0.05 ).Conclusion Fluoxetine can significantly improve depression in patients with post-stroke depression and promote the recovery of neurological function ,improve the patient's quality of daily life.
