矿热炉是一种需要巨大电流的工作系统,提高其功率因数对于节约能耗、降低运行成本、提高产品产量具有重大意义。针对矿热炉低压无功补偿系统电气参数监控的需要,设计并实现了矿热炉电量数据采集系统。该系统由实时数据采集下位机子系统和上位机子系统构成,实时数据采集下位机子系统采用TI公司生产的TMS320F2812型数字信号处理器为控制芯片,以TLC1549为数据采集模块,实现了对矿热炉电量数据的实时采集;上位机子系统基于组态王KingView软件开发,实现对采集数据的管理。经实验测试,该系统可以满足矿热炉电量数据实时采集和管理的需求。

Submerged arc furnace is a system which needs big current to work. Improving power factor of submerged arc furnace is of great significance to save energy,reduce operating costs and improve product. According to the need of electrical parameters monitoring in the submerged arc furnace reactive compensation system,submerged arc furnace electrical data collection system is designed,which consists of two subsystems,one is low machine subsys-tem which adopts TMS320F2812 DSP as the central hardware,TLC1549 as data collection modules to collect real-time submerged arc furnace electrical data. The other is host computer subsystem,which is developed with Kingview and can manage the electrical parameters data collected by low machine subsystem. After testing,the system can meet the requirement of electrical data real-time collection and management of submerged arc furnace.
