目的：对复方陈香胃片配合三联疗效法治疗胃溃疡的疗效进行分析。方法：资料选取2012年1月至2013年3月我院收治的98例胃溃疡患者，将其分为研究组和对照组各49例。给予对照组口服阿莫西林、克拉霉素和兰索拉唑组成的三联疗法，研究组在其基础之上加入复方陈香胃片。结果：两组胃溃疡患者的治疗效果比较，研究组治疗后痊愈者25例，显效者17例，有效者4例，无效者3例；对照组治疗后痊愈者20例，显效者15例，有效者9例，无效者5例，研究组治疗的总有效率为93.10%，明显高于对照组82.76%，两组结果对比差异明显具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：复方陈香胃片配合三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效显著，治愈率高，具有良好的临床推广前景。

목적：대복방진향위편배합삼련료효법치료위궤양적료효진행분석。방법：자료선취2012년1월지2013년3월아원수치적98례위궤양환자，장기분위연구조화대조조각49례。급여대조조구복아막서림、극랍매소화란색랍서조성적삼련요법，연구조재기기출지상가입복방진향위편。결과：량조위궤양환자적치료효과비교，연구조치료후전유자25례，현효자17례，유효자4례，무효자3례；대조조치료후전유자20례，현효자15례，유효자9례，무효자5례，연구조치료적총유효솔위93.10%，명현고우대조조82.76%，량조결과대비차이명현구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：복방진향위편배합삼련요법치료위궤양적림상료효현저，치유솔고，구유량호적림상추엄전경。
objective: the compound Chen fragrant stomach piece together with the triple effect method curative effect is analyzed for the treatment of gastric ulcer. Conclusion: compound Chen fragrant stomach piece with triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer clinical curative effect is distinct, the cure rate is high, has a good prospect of clinical promotion.
