以某车型的前纵梁为研究对象,应用CATIA软件建立该车型前纵梁的三维几何模型。利用有限元理论与方法,建立该纵梁基于 HyperMesh/LS-DYNA 环境下的有限元模型,LS-DYNA求解器对该纵梁进行轴向碰撞性能的仿真分析。分别从梁的截面形状、诱导槽的位置、深度、形状、梁的厚度、加强板、蜂窝铝填充材料几个方面来研究其对薄壁直梁轴向碰撞性能的影响,为汽车前纵梁的设计与研发提供理论参考依据。
以某車型的前縱樑為研究對象,應用CATIA軟件建立該車型前縱樑的三維幾何模型。利用有限元理論與方法,建立該縱樑基于 HyperMesh/LS-DYNA 環境下的有限元模型,LS-DYNA求解器對該縱樑進行軸嚮踫撞性能的倣真分析。分彆從樑的截麵形狀、誘導槽的位置、深度、形狀、樑的厚度、加彊闆、蜂窩鋁填充材料幾箇方麵來研究其對薄壁直樑軸嚮踫撞性能的影響,為汽車前縱樑的設計與研髮提供理論參攷依據。

Taking a car's front rail as the research object, the three-dimensional geometric model of the car's front rail was established through CATIA software. By using finite element theory and method, the finite element model of the car's front rail was established based on HyperMesh/LS-DYNA environment. The Crashworthiness Performance of the car's front rail was solved with LS-DYNA. Respectively from the beam section shape, induced slot position, depth, shape, the thickness of the beam, strengthening plate, aluminum honeycomb filling material several aspects to study on the influence on the Crashworthiness Performance of the thin-walled straight beam.
