目的：通过调查和分析本院超说明书用药情况，为促进临床合理用药提供依据。方法收集2012年7月~2013年12月本院处方点评、超说明书备案申请表、临时用药申请表等，筛选出本院超说明书用药，通过查阅文献对其合理性进行分析。结果本院有8个药品存在超说明书用药，其中5个药品为超适应证用药。结论超说明书用药不可避免，应尽快出台超说明书用药流程和标准，促进合理用药。
목적：통과조사화분석본원초설명서용약정황，위촉진림상합리용약제공의거。방법수집2012년7월~2013년12월본원처방점평、초설명서비안신청표、림시용약신청표등，사선출본원초설명서용약，통과사열문헌대기합이성진행분석。결과본원유8개약품존재초설명서용약，기중5개약품위초괄응증용약。결론초설명서용약불가피면，응진쾌출태초설명서용약류정화표준，촉진합리용약。
ObjectiveTo investigate the situation and rationality of the off-label use in our hospital to promote clinically rational drug use.MethodsPrescription comment results, off-label use application form for the record and temporary use application form of our hospital from July 2012 to December 2013 were collected. According to the drug instructions, the off-label uses were screened to comprehensively understand the situation of the off-label indications in our hospital. At the same time, the literature was searched to analyze the rationality of these uses.ResultsIn this investigation, the off-label indications mainly existed in 9 drugs. The off-label indications were the main, involving 5 types of drugs.ConclusionThe situation of the off-label use can not be avoided. We should establish the standard and operation process promptly to promote clinically rational drug use.
