通过问卷调查，对高职贫困生人际关系特点、心理特点、综合素质进行了分析，指出该群体自卑心重、自我效能感低、人际交往困难等；提出给予物质和经济支持、营造和谐的外环境、加强心理健康调试和心理健康维护等解决对策。

Based on relevant questionnaires ,this essay analyzes the features of interpersonal relationship ,psychologi-cal characteristics and comprehensive quality of poor students in vocational colleges as well as pointing out that they are featured by a strong sense of inferiority ,a weak sense of self-efficacy and difficulties in interpersonal communi-cation.Besides,it puts forwards relevant solutions such as giving material and financial support ,creating a harmoni-ous external environment and strengthening the adjustment and maintenance of mental health .
