目的：探讨幽门螺旋杆菌与特发性血小板减少性紫癜之间的关系。方法标本来自包头医学院第一附属医院血液科2010年6月至2011年3月住院病人，特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者51人，正常对照组44人。幽门螺旋杆菌测定：下胃管抽取胃液5ml，密封送检，采用定量 Pcr 方法检测幽门螺旋杆菌。结果 itP 病人组与对照组 Hp 阳性率比较采用四格表χ2检验，χ2值＝5.08，P<0.05。结论 Hp 的感染机率在 itP 患者要高于正常人。
목적：탐토유문라선간균여특발성혈소판감소성자전지간적관계。방법표본래자포두의학원제일부속의원혈액과2010년6월지2011년3월주원병인，특발성혈소판감소성자전환자51인，정상대조조44인。유문라선간균측정：하위관추취위액5ml，밀봉송검，채용정량 Pcr 방법검측유문라선간균。결과 itP 병인조여대조조 Hp 양성솔비교채용사격표χ2검험，χ2치＝5.08，P<0.05。결론 Hp 적감염궤솔재 itP 환자요고우정상인。
OBJECTIVE to approach the relationship of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) with idiopathic thrombotytopenic Purpura (itP). Methods Specimens are from the hospital patients in Blood department of the First affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical college, (June 2010 to March 2011). there are 51 itP patients and 44 normal controls. determine the Hp level: Get the gastric juice 5ml with the help of gastric tube, hermetizate and send it to the lab immediately and then determine the Hp level with fixed quantity PCR method. Result comparing the masculine rate between the tow groups with chi-square test : χ2 =5.08,P<0.05. Conclusion The Hp infestation is significantly higher in ITP patients than the normal control group.
