采用Oasis HLB固相萃取柱萃取水中灭多威肟,建立了固相萃取高效液相色谱法测定水中灭多威肟的分析方法。首先用10 mL甲醇和10 mL超纯水活化Oasis HLB固相萃取柱,以1 mL/min的流速萃取100 mL水样,用10 mL甲醇洗脱,浓缩洗脱液至1 mL后采用液相色谱法测定,甲醇-水(35∶65)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm。该方法检出限为0.14μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.41%~2.08%,平均回收率为86.8%~88.4%。该法适用于工业废水中灭多威肟的测定。

Oasis HLB column liquid-solid extraction-HPLC method for analyzing methomyl-oxime in water was introduced. Oasis HLB column was activated with 10 mL methanol and 10 mL ultrapure water firstly, then 100 mL water sample passed the column at the rate of 1 mL/min, and the column was eluted with 10 mL methanol, the eluant was concentrated to 1 mL and determined with HPLC, metanol-water(35∶65) as the mobile phase, at the detection wavelenth of 230 nm. The detection limit was 0.14μg/L, RSD was 1.41%-2.08%, and the average recovery was 86.8%-88.4%. The method may be used to determine methomyl-oxime in waste water.
