针对新形势下工科学生工程实践能力培养的问题进行研究，分析影响工科院校学生工程实践能力的若干要素，进而构建测评学生工程实践能力的系统结构，并应用灰色关联分析法，对工科院校的学生工程实践能力进行实证研究，倡导从多方面加强对学生工程实践能力的培养。
針對新形勢下工科學生工程實踐能力培養的問題進行研究，分析影響工科院校學生工程實踐能力的若榦要素，進而構建測評學生工程實踐能力的繫統結構，併應用灰色關聯分析法，對工科院校的學生工程實踐能力進行實證研究，倡導從多方麵加彊對學生工程實踐能力的培養。

This article analyses the cultivation of engineering students’practical abilities in the new situa-tion,discusses the factors influencing college students’engineering ability,sets up a system structure in evaluating their engineering ability,and uses the grey correlative degree analysis method to make an em-pirical research on students’engineering ability so as to advocate strengthening the corresponding ability training from many aspects.
