目的探讨综合护理干预措施对耳鸣患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法将210例耳鸣患者随机分为对照组（100例）和干预组（110例），对照组按常规护理，干预组在接受常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预，采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）测评患者治疗前后的焦虑状况。结果2组患者干预前焦虑值比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预后焦虑值比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而且2组干预前后相比干预组（P＜0.01）比对照组（P＜0.05）对耳鸣患者焦虑情绪的影响更大。结论综合护理干预措施能有效缓解耳鸣患者的焦虑情绪，促进疾病的康复。

목적탐토종합호리간예조시대이명환자초필정서적영향。방법장210례이명환자수궤분위대조조（100례）화간예조（110례），대조조안상규호리，간예조재접수상규호리적기출상급여종합호리간예，채용Zung초필자평량표（SAS）측평환자치료전후적초필상황。결과2조환자간예전초필치비교무통계학의의（P＞0.05），간예후초필치비교유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；이차2조간예전후상비간예조（P＜0.01）비대조조（P＜0.05）대이명환자초필정서적영향경대。결론종합호리간예조시능유효완해이명환자적초필정서，촉진질병적강복。
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the feeling of anxiety in patients with tinnitus. Methods 210 cases were randomly divided into the control group(100 cases) and the intervention group(110 cases), and the control group received normal nursing, while the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention besides normal nursing. Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) was adopted to assess anxiety of patients before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference between two groups before intervention(P>0.05), however, the difference between two groups after intervention was evident(P<0.05). There was more significant difference in the anxiety rate of the intervention group before and after intervention(P<0.01) than the control group before and after intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate anxi-ety of patients with tinnitus, and contribute to the recovery of disease.
