模糊限制是法庭审判中人们常常使用的特殊语用策略。文章通过真实的法庭语料，以维索尔伦的语言顺应论为理论基础，通过语言的选择性和顺应性对模糊限制语的使用情况进行动态研究，旨在找出法庭对话中运用模糊限制语的产生原因、实现方式、顺应过程和语用功能。

Hedge is a special strategy people often employ at courtroom trials.Based on Verschueren’s Ad-aptation theory,this paper makes a dynamic study of hedges in the authentic courtroom discourse through the language’s choice and adaptability,so as to find out the reasons,maj or linguistic realization,adapta-tion process and pragmatic functions of hedges used in courtroom language.
