目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定养胃颗粒中橙皮苷含量。方法：采用Agela Venusil MP C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），以甲醇-醋酸溶液（每1000mL水中含冰醋酸25mL）（35∶65）为流动相，流速为1.0mL/min，检测波长为284nm，柱温：30℃。结果：橙皮苷进样量在0.03508～0.5613μg（r=0.9999）范围内与峰面积积分值具有良好线性关系，平均加样回收率为98.87%，RSD为1.38%（n=6）。结论：该法简便、灵敏、准确可靠，可用于该药的含量测定。

목적：건립고효액상색보법측정양위과립중등피감함량。방법：채용Agela Venusil MP C18색보주（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），이갑순-작산용액（매1000mL수중함빙작산25mL）（35∶65）위류동상，류속위1.0mL/min，검측파장위284nm，주온：30℃。결과：등피감진양량재0.03508～0.5613μg（r=0.9999）범위내여봉면적적분치구유량호선성관계，평균가양회수솔위98.87%，RSD위1.38%（n=6）。결론：해법간편、령민、준학가고，가용우해약적함량측정。
Objective:to establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of Hesperidin in Yangwei Granules. Methods:An Agela Venusil MP C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used with Methanol-Acetic Acid solution containing 25 mL of glacial acetic acid in 1000 mL of water (35∶65) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min, the detection wavelength was 284nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. Results:there was good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentrations in the range of 0.03508~0.5613μg (r=0.9999)for Hesperidin; the average spike recovery was 98.87% with RSD=1.38%(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive and accurate for the quality control of the product.
