目的探讨中西医结合治疗腰椎键盘突出症的护理干预措施。方法选取我科收治的腰椎间盘突出症的60例患者进行分析讨论，随机将其分为两组，一组患者实施常规的西医治疗及护理措施为对照组，另一组患者实施在西医治疗的基础上结合中医治疗的中西医结合治疗的护理干预措施为观察组，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者经中西医结合治疗的护理干预后，临床治疗效果明显优于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P ＜0.05）。结论对于腰间盘突出的患者采取中西医结合治疗能够提高临床的治疗效果，加之配合临床中有效的护理干预措施能够减少患者的疼痛不舒适现象，提高患者的生活质量以及患者满意度。
목적탐토중서의결합치료요추건반돌출증적호리간예조시。방법선취아과수치적요추간반돌출증적60례환자진행분석토론，수궤장기분위량조，일조환자실시상규적서의치료급호리조시위대조조，령일조환자실시재서의치료적기출상결합중의치료적중서의결합치료적호리간예조시위관찰조，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과관찰조환자경중서의결합치료적호리간예후，림상치료효과명현우우대조조，경비교구유현저차이（P ＜0.05）。결론대우요간반돌출적환자채취중서의결합치료능구제고림상적치료효과，가지배합림상중유효적호리간예조시능구감소환자적동통불서괄현상，제고환자적생활질량이급환자만의도。
Objective To investigate the combined with nursing intervention treatment of lumbar disc herniation of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods 60 patients in our department were lumbar disc herniation were analyzed and discussed, and randomly divided into two groups, a group of patients with the implementation of Western medicine treatment and routine nursing measures for the control group, another group of patients in the western medicine based on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention measures therapy for the observation group, compared two groups of patients. Results the observation group were treated by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of nursing intervention, the clinical treatment effect was better than the control group, by comparison with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion for the patients with lumbar disc herniation combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine can improve clinical curative effect, with the effective nursing interventions can reduce the clinical pain discomfort phenomenon, improve the quality of life of patients and patient satisfaction.
