目的观察地佐辛复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于无痛胃肠镜中的临床效果,探讨其安全性。方法选择100例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级进行无痛胃肠镜检查患者随机分为两组,观察组(地佐辛复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉组)和对照组(芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉组)各50例。记录两组患者SPO2、HR、MAP、RR变化情况及意识消失时间(睫毛反射消失时间)、术毕清醒时间、丙泊酚用量及术毕留观时间,观察两组患者镇痛反应(视觉模拟评分法VAS)、术中体动、术中呼吸抑制及术后恶心、呕吐等不良反应的发生率。结果两组患者睫毛反射消失时间、胃肠镜检查时间比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。观察组患者的术毕清醒时间短,不良反应发生率较对照组少,术中患者生命体征更加平稳。结论地佐辛复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于无痛胃肠镜检查,镇痛、镇静效果满意,有较高的安全性,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Observation of dezocine combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia used in the clinical effect of painless gastrointestinal mirror, To study the safety. Method 100 cases of ASA Ⅰ- Ⅱwere randomly assigned patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy into two groups, The observation group (dezocine combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia group) and control group (fentanyl and propofol intravenous anesthesia group) with 50 cases in each. Two groups were recorded in SPO2, HR, MAP, RR changes and loss of consciousness (loss of eyelash reflex time), postoperative recovery time, the dosage of propofol and postoperative observation time, The two groups were observed the analgesic response (visual analogue scale, VAS) intraoperative body movement, intraoperative respiratory repression and postoperative nausea, vomiting and other adverse reaction rate. Results Two groups of patients with disappearance of eyelash reflex time, gastrointestinal endoscopy time had no significant difference (P >0.05). Observation of postoperative patients were awake time is short, the incidence of adverse reactions were less than those in the control group, the patients vital signs smoothly. Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy, analgesic, sedative effect, high safety, low incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.
