目的观察阿魏酸钠对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肾功能的影响。方法92例DN患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各46例,观察两组治疗前、治疗2周和4周后血肌酐(CRE)、尿素氮(BUN)和hs-CRP浓度。结果两组治疗前后CRE、BUN和hs-CRP比较,两组治疗后两周均高度显著低于治疗前,P <0.01;治疗后四周又高度显著低于治疗后两周,P <0.01;治疗组更优于对照组P <0.01;由于肾功能明显受损,CRE、BUN与hs-CRP均显著高于正常值数倍,P <0.01;hs-CRP与CRE和BUN呈同向变化,作直线相关分析均呈高度显著正相关P <0.01。结论阿魏酸钠可能通过抑制DN患者血清中炎症反应,改善肾功能,疗效显著。

목적관찰아위산납대당뇨병신병(DN)환자혈청초민C반응단백(hs-CRP)화신공능적영향。방법92례DN환자수궤분위대조조화치료조각46례,관찰량조치료전、치료2주화4주후혈기항(CRE)、뇨소담(BUN)화hs-CRP농도。결과량조치료전후CRE、BUN화hs-CRP비교,량조치료후량주균고도현저저우치료전,P <0.01;치료후사주우고도현저저우치료후량주,P <0.01;치료조경우우대조조P <0.01;유우신공능명현수손,CRE、BUN여hs-CRP균현저고우정상치수배,P <0.01;hs-CRP여CRE화BUN정동향변화,작직선상관분석균정고도현저정상관P <0.01。결론아위산납가능통과억제DN환자혈청중염증반응,개선신공능,료효현저。
Objective To observe Chae Wei sodium diabetic nephropathy (DN) in patients with serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and renal function. Methods 92 cases of DN were randomly divided into control group and the treatment group, 46 cases were observed before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the serum creatinine (CRE), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and hs-CRP levels. Results The results before and after treatment CRE, BUN and hs-CRP compared to two weeks after treatment in both groups were highly significantly lower than before treatment, P <0.01;another four weeks after treatment was significantly lower height weeks after treatment, P <0.01;treatment group more than the control group, P <0.01;due to renal function was significantly impaired, CRE, BUN and hs-CRP were significantly higher than normal times, P <0.01;hs-CRP with CRE and BUN were same direction for linear correlation analysis showed a highly significant positive correlationP<0.01. Conclusion SF may inhibit the inflammatory response in DN patients, improve renal function, a significant effect.
