目的探讨黄芩胶囊联合参苓白术颗粒治疗口腔溃疡疗效及机制。方法治疗组采用黄芩胶囊及参苓白术颗粒治疗，对照组采用复方维生素B及强地松治疗。结果治疗组平均4.2天溃疡愈合，治疗半月后IgG(免疫球蛋白G)及C反应蛋白降正常；而对照组平均5.8天溃疡愈合，治疗半月后IgG及C反应蛋白也降正常。结论在现有的治疗中，黄芩胶囊加参苓白术颗粒治疗口腔溃疡疗效显著，副作用少，而对免疫学指标改善同复方维生素B及强地松组。
目的探討黃芩膠囊聯閤參苓白術顆粒治療口腔潰瘍療效及機製。方法治療組採用黃芩膠囊及參苓白術顆粒治療，對照組採用複方維生素B及彊地鬆治療。結果治療組平均4.2天潰瘍愈閤，治療半月後IgG(免疫毬蛋白G)及C反應蛋白降正常；而對照組平均5.8天潰瘍愈閤，治療半月後IgG及C反應蛋白也降正常。結論在現有的治療中，黃芩膠囊加參苓白術顆粒治療口腔潰瘍療效顯著，副作用少，而對免疫學指標改善同複方維生素B及彊地鬆組。
목적탐토황금효낭연합삼령백술과립치료구강궤양료효급궤제。방법치료조채용황금효낭급삼령백술과립치료，대조조채용복방유생소B급강지송치료。결과치료조평균4.2천궤양유합，치료반월후IgG(면역구단백G)급C반응단백강정상；이대조조평균5.8천궤양유합，치료반월후IgG급C반응단백야강정상。결론재현유적치료중，황금효낭가삼령백술과립치료구강궤양료효현저，부작용소，이대면역학지표개선동복방유생소B급강지송조。
Objective To discuss the efficacy and mechanisms of Huangqin capsules combined with Shenling Baizhu Granule which are used to treat dental ulcer.Methods The patients of treatment group use Huangqin capsules combined with Shenling Baizhu Granule to treat dental ulcer, and the patients of control group use VitaminB and prednisone. Results The treatment group patients’dental ulcer healing in average 4.2 days after treatment, and half a month later the IgG(ImmunoglobulinG) and C-reactive protein retune to normal;while the control group patients’dental ulcer healing in average 5.8 days after treatment, and half a month later the IgG and C-reactive protein retune to normal too. Conclusion In this research to treat dental ulcer Huangqin capsules combined with Shenling Baizhu Granule have better efficacy and less adverse reactions, while there are no significant differences in immunology index improved of the two groups.
