目的对临床药师参与四肢骨折内固定术后感染治疗工作进行总结分析，探讨四肢骨折内固定术后感染治疗中临床药师的作用。方法抽取该院2005年1月至2010年12月临床药师参与治疗的55例四肢骨折内固定术后感染的病例进行回顾性分析。结果临床药师参与四肢骨折内固定术后感染治疗取得良好效果。结论临床药师在四肢骨折内固定术后感染治疗中发挥药学人员的专业特长，保证药物治疗的安全、有效、经济。

OBJECTIVE:To summarize the clinical pharmacists within extremities fractures fixed in postoperative infection treatment,explore the clinical pharmacists within extremities fractures fixed in the role of postoperative infection treatment. METHODS A total of 55 the extremities fractures fixed postoperative infection cases of Clinical pharmacist participate in treatment were collected from nays January 2005-December 2010 and analyzed retrospectively.Results Extremities fractures fixed postoperative infection treatment in obtaining good results within clinical pharmacists participation. Conclusions Clinical pharmacist play pharmacy's professional expertise in the extremities fractures internal fixation of postoperative infection treatment and ensure the safe and effective drugs, the economy .
