目的:应用白芨胶(bletilla striata gelantin,BSG)作为外源性高分子神经生长因子的载体,观察促进压疮愈合的临床疗效。方法将深度压疮患者随机分为四组:A组为对照组,用碘伏浸泡的无菌方纱持续湿敷;B、C、D组为实验组,分别给予外用白芨胶、高分子神经生长因子及白芨胶载高分子神经生长因子,每天3次。在用药后第3、7、14、21、30天观察压疮愈合速率、各组愈合时间及用药过程中全身反应及局部皮肤炎症反应等。结果 BSG、HMW-NGF 及 HMW-NGF+BSG 均能促进压疮创面愈合,尤以 HMW-NGF+BSG 的作用最为显著(愈合天数:A∶B∶C∶D=20.16±4.58∶15.43±1.72∶15.80±1.48∶11.86±1.35d)。结论 HMW-NGF+BSG 能显著加速压疮创面愈合。

목적:응용백급효(bletilla striata gelantin,BSG)작위외원성고분자신경생장인자적재체,관찰촉진압창유합적림상료효。방법장심도압창환자수궤분위사조:A조위대조조,용전복침포적무균방사지속습부;B、C、D조위실험조,분별급여외용백급효、고분자신경생장인자급백급효재고분자신경생장인자,매천3차。재용약후제3、7、14、21、30천관찰압창유합속솔、각조유합시간급용약과정중전신반응급국부피부염증반응등。결과 BSG、HMW-NGF 급 HMW-NGF+BSG 균능촉진압창창면유합,우이 HMW-NGF+BSG 적작용최위현저(유합천수:A∶B∶C∶D=20.16±4.58∶15.43±1.72∶15.80±1.48∶11.86±1.35d)。결론 HMW-NGF+BSG 능현저가속압창창면유합。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bletilla striata gelantin (BSG) loaded exogenous high molecular weight (HMW) nerve growth factor (NGF) in the promotion of deep pressure sore healing. Methods The patients with deep pressure sore were randomly divided into four group: group A, as the control group, used iodophor-soaked sterile gauze for continuous wet compressing; group B, group C and group D, as the experiment group, received external application of BSG, HMW-NGF and HMW-NGF+BSG 3 times per day. The observation indicators included the pressure sore healing velocity, healing time, general reactions and local skin inflammatory reactions during medication on day 3, 7, 14, 21 and 30 of medication. Results BSG, HMW-NGF and HMW-NGF+BSG could all promote the wound healing of pressure sore and HMW-NGF+BSG has the most remarkable effect (healing days: A∶B∶C∶D=20.16 ± 4.58∶15.43±1.72∶15.80±1.48∶11.86±1.35d). Conclusion HMW-NGF+BSG can obviously accelerate the wound healing of pressure sore.
