目的:观察青光眼引流阀植入联合全视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2013年1月在我院眼科接受治疗的新生血管性青光眼患者52例,依据治疗方法不同随机分为对照组与观察组,其中对照组采用青光眼引流阀植入治疗新生血管性青光眼26例,观察组采用青光眼引流阀植入联合全视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼26例,记录术前、术后眼压及并发症。结果对照组26例中一次手术成功21例(80.77%),接受2次手术并成功5例(19.23%);术前平均眼压为(54.5±12.8)mmHg,术后1周平均(15.2±6.9)mmHg,观察组26例中一次手术成功24例(92.31%),接受2次手术并成功2例(7.69%);术前平均眼压为(53.5±8.6)mmHg,术后1周平均(10.6±4.5)mmHg,两组术后与术前相比差异均具有显著统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论青光眼引流阀植入联合全视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床效果确切、安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective to observe the clinical effect of glaucoma drainage valve implantation combined with retinal photocoagulation in treatment of neovascular glaucoma. Methods a retrospective analysis of 52 patients with neovascular glaucoma from 2009 January to 2013 January in our hospital department of ophthalmology patients, according to the different treatment methods were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was treated with glaucoma valve implantation in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma in 26 cases, the observation group was treated with glaucoma valve implantation combined with retinal light coagulation treatment of 26 cases of neovascular glaucoma, recorded before operation, postoperative intraocular pressure and complications. Results 21 cases of control group a successful operation in 26 cases (80.77%), received the 2 operation was successful in 5 cases (19.23%); the average preoperative intraocular pressure was (54.5 ± 12.8) mmHg, after 1 weeks in average (15.2 ± 6.9) mmHg, the observation group of 26 cases in one operation was successful in 24 cases (92.31%), received the 2 operation was successful in 2 cases (7.69%); the average preoperative intraocular pressure was (53.5 ± 8.6) mmHg, after 1 weeks in average (10.6 ± 4.5) mmHg, two groups compared to the preoperative and postoperative differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the clinical effect of glaucoma valve implantation combined with retinal photocoagulation in treatment of neovascular glaucoma is exact, safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
