金属配合物抗癌药物的研究已经成为抗肿瘤药物研究的热点之一。越来越多的研究表明铜（Ⅱ）配合物具有较好的抗癌活性。本文在参阅大量文献的基础上，对铜（Ⅱ）配合物的结构特征﹑和铂（Ⅱ）配合物的活性对比、与DNA的作用﹑与氨基酸的共价作用及对癌细胞的诱导凋亡作用等方面作了介绍。

Metal complexes matter anticancer drugs has become one hotspot of studies on anticancer drugs. The growing number of studies show that the copper(Ⅱ) complexes with good anti-cancer activity. On the basis of the extensive literature,This paper mainly introduced the structural characteristics of the copper( Ⅱ ) complexes,the activity contrast between copper( Ⅱ ) complexes and platinum( Ⅱ ) complexes,the role of copper( Ⅱ ) complexes with DNA,copper( Ⅱ ) complexes with the covalent interaction of matter with amino acids and the induction of apoptosis in the cancer cells.
