目的检测牛黄清感胶囊对甲型A/Brisban/10/2008(H3N2)流感病毒抑制和预防的作用,为抗病毒药物的筛选、研发提供实验依据。方法在MDCK细胞培养内,采用病毒细胞形态变化CPE法、MTT染色法,检测不同浓度的牛黄清感胶囊对甲型A/Brisban/10/2008(H3N2)流感病毒的抑制和预防作用。实验分1次用药组和3次用药组,计算药物半数有效浓度IC50,最小有效浓度MIC及治疗指数TI。结果体外抑制甲型H3N2流感病毒实验中,“牛黄清感胶囊”单次用药组TI为27,三次用药组为TI为43。体外预防甲型H3N2流感病毒实验中,“牛黄清感胶囊”单次用药组TI为21.3,三次用药组为TI为27。结论体外抑制甲型A/Brisban/10/2008(H3N2)流感病毒的药效实验结果显示“牛黄清感胶囊”具有抑制和预防甲型流感病毒的作用。

Objective To detect the inhibition and prevention effect of Niuhuang Qinggan capsules for A/Brisban/10/2008 (H3N2) influenza virus A in order to provide experimental basis for the screening, research and development of antiviral drugs. Methods In the MDCK cells culture, the virus morphological change CPE method and MTT staining method were used to detect the inhibition and prevention effect of different concentrations of Niuhuang Qinggan capsules for A/Brisban/10/2008 (H3N2) influenza virus A. The experiment was consisted of the single-dose group and the three-dose. The drug medium effective concentration IC50, minimum effective concentration MIC and treatment index TI were calculated. Results In the experiment of vitro inhibitory effect of A H3N2 influenza, for the "Niuhuang Qinggan capsules", the T1 of single medicine group was 27. The T1 of the triple medicine group was 43. In the experiment of vitro preventive effect of A H3N2 influenza, for the "Niuhuang Qinggan capsules", the T1 of single medicine group was 21.3. The T1 of triple medicine group was 27. Conclusion The in vitro pharmacological experiment on inhibiting A/Brisban/10/2008 (H3N2) influenza virus A indicates that Niuhuang Qinggan capsules have inhibition and prevention effect for influenza virus A.
