目的探讨原发性高血压患者超敏C反应蛋白与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的相关性。方法2010年3月~2013年3月期间,我院诊治的60例原发性高血压患者作为观察组研究对象,选取同期60例健康体检者作为对照组研究对象,检测和比较两组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(IMT),通过logistic回归分析,探讨两者相关性。结果与对照组相比,观察组hs-CRP水平和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块检出率均明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);logistic多元回归分析,发现hs-CRP与IMT呈正相关性。结论hs-CRP是颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的独立危险因素。

목적탐토원발성고혈압환자초민C반응단백여경동맥죽양경화반괴적상관성。방법2010년3월~2013년3월기간,아원진치적60례원발성고혈압환자작위관찰조연구대상,선취동기60례건강체검자작위대조조연구대상,검측화비교량조초민C반응단백(hs-CRP)급경동맥내막중막후도(IMT),통과logistic회귀분석,탐토량자상관성。결과여대조조상비,관찰조hs-CRP수평화경동맥죽양경화반괴검출솔균명현증고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);logistic다원회귀분석,발현hs-CRP여IMT정정상관성。결론hs-CRP시경동맥죽양경화반괴적독립위험인소。
Objective To study the correlation between the high sensitivity C-reactive protein and carotid atherosclerosis plague for patients with essential hypertension. Methods The 60 patients with essential hypertension in our hospital during the period from March 2010 to March 2013 were regarded as the observation group subjects and the 60 healthy physical examination persons were regarded as the control group subjects. The levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and the intima-media thickness of carotid artery(IMT)were detected and compared.The correction of hs-CRP and IMT were analyzed by the logistic regression analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the hs-CRP levels and the detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis plaque were significantly increased in the observation group with statistical difference(P < 0.05). The logistic regression analysis found that hs-CRP was correlated with IMT. Conclusion The hs-CRP is an independent risk factor of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.
