目的探讨左旋甲状腺素对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的治疗效果以及对患者血脂水平的影响。方法将134例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各67例，治疗组给予左旋甲状腺素治疗，对照组给予六味地黄丸进行治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果及血脂变化。结果治疗组总有效率为91.0%，明显高于对照组53.7%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组TG、TC、LDL均较治疗前有明显改善（P＜0.05），HDL无明显变化（P＞0.05）；且治疗组TG、TC、LDL指标改善情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组HDL比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论左旋甲状腺素可改善亚临床甲状腺减退患者的临床症状，降低血脂，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of levothyroxine for subclinical hypothyroidism and its effect on lipid levels. Methods 134 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, reach group had 67 cases, the treatment group received levothyroxine treatment, the control group treated with liuwei dihuang pill, observed the therapeutic effect and blood lipid changes of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.0%, significantly higher than the control group 53.7%, compared with two groups ,the difference was significant(P<0.05).TG,TC,LDL of treatment group was significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.05), there was no significant changes in HDL(P > 0.05).TG,TC,LDL and other indicators improved the situation significantly better than the control group , the difference has statistics significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Levothyroxine can improve clinical symptoms of subclinical hypothyroidism, lower blood lipids, improve the patient's quality of life.
