目的探讨曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗稳定性心绞痛疗效。方法将2010年4月～2013年1月收治的50例稳定心绞痛患者随机分为观察组（n=24）和对照组（n=26），观察组患者采用在一般常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀肝素治疗，对照组患者采用一般常规治疗，然后分析两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后观察组的临床疗效，心电图改善情况都显著地优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗稳定心绞痛能提高疗效，具有协同加强作用，值得临床推广应用。
목적탐토곡미타진연합신벌타정치료은정성심교통료효。방법장2010년4월～2013년1월수치적50례은정심교통환자수궤분위관찰조（n=24）화대조조（n=26），관찰조환자채용재일반상규치료기출상가용곡미타진연합신벌타정간소치료，대조조환자채용일반상규치료，연후분석량조환자적료효。결과치료후관찰조적림상료효，심전도개선정황도현저지우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론곡미타진연합신벌타정치료은정심교통능제고료효，구유협동가강작용，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with simvastatin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods 50 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group(n=24) and control group (n=26) from April 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital. Observation group was given simvastatin combined with atorvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment,and control group was only given conventional treatment,then the clinical effects were analyzed between the two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical effects and improvement of electrocardiogram in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with simvastatin in the treatment of angina pectoris can improve curative effect,which has synergize effect,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
