目的:观察健脾益肺口服液对慢阻肺“肺脾气虚证”大鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数的影响。方法将65只SD成年雄性大鼠随机分为6组,分别为空白组,健脾益肺口服液高、中、低剂量组,模型组,地塞米松组。用香烟熏吸和脂多糖(LPS)复制慢阻肺“肺气虚”模型;接着用大黄液灌胃,复制“脾气虚证”;造模共为28 d,在造模开始14 d开始给药,28 d麻醉后取血处死后剥离大鼠脾脏及胸腺,计算脾脏指数、胸腺指数。结果(1)模型组大鼠体重、脾脏指数、胸腺指数低于空白组(P<0.05或P<0.01);(2)健脾益肺口服液各治疗组大鼠体重、脾指数、胸腺指数显著增加,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中高剂量组与模型组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)高、中、低剂量三组组间大鼠体重、脾脏指数、胸腺指数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾益肺口服液可提升慢阻肺大鼠体重,而脾脏指数、胸腺指数相应提高,从而使机体免疫力得到提高,机体防病抗病力得到加强。

목적:관찰건비익폐구복액대만조폐“폐비기허증”대서비장지수、흉선지수적영향。방법장65지SD성년웅성대서수궤분위6조,분별위공백조,건비익폐구복액고、중、저제량조,모형조,지새미송조。용향연훈흡화지다당(LPS)복제만조폐“폐기허”모형;접착용대황액관위,복제“비기허증”;조모공위28 d,재조모개시14 d개시급약,28 d마취후취혈처사후박리대서비장급흉선,계산비장지수、흉선지수。결과(1)모형조대서체중、비장지수、흉선지수저우공백조(P<0.05혹P<0.01);(2)건비익폐구복액각치료조대서체중、비지수、흉선지수현저증가,여모형조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),기중고제량조여모형조비교,차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01);(3)고、중、저제량삼조조간대서체중、비장지수、흉선지수비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론건비익폐구복액가제승만조폐대서체중,이비장지수、흉선지수상응제고,종이사궤체면역력득도제고,궤체방병항병력득도가강。
Objective To observe the effect of spleen-strengthening and lung-tonifying liquid on thymus in-dex and spleen index of COPD in rats with lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome. Methods Sixty-five adult SD male rats were randomly divided into six groups, normal control group, 3 spleen-strengthening and lung-tonifying liquid groups with small, middle or large dosage separately, model group and dexamethasone control group. Rats was treated with smoke and LPS, and followed by rhubarb liquid through gavaging, to generate model of lung-qi deficiency. Mod-el-making lasted for 28 days. Rats were given medicine on day 14 of model-making. 28 days later, blood was taken af-ter anesthesia, and then the spleen index and thymus index was calculated after the spleen and thymus were peeled from rats. Results (1) The weight, spleen index and thymus index of model group were significantly lower than those of normal control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). (2) The weight, thymus index and spleen index in all spleen-strengthening and lung-tonifying liquid groups increased,especially the large dose group, which were higher than those in the normal control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). (3) There were no striking changes in thymus index and spleen index in large dose, middle dose and small dose treatment groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Spleen-strengthening and lung-tonifying liquid can increase body weight, spleen index and thymus index of the rats with COPD, and then improve body immunity and disease resistance.
