目的探讨超声检查对膝关节色素绒毛结节性滑膜炎的诊断价值。方法对15例膝关节PVNS的超声结果与手术病理结果进行对照。结果15例膝关节PVNS患者，术前超声诊断膝关节PVNS13例，超声诊断正确率86.7%(13/15)。结论超声检查无创、方便、及时，诊断膝关节 PVNS准确性较高，容易广泛开展，可作为诊断膝关节PVNS一种理想检查方法。
목적탐토초성검사대슬관절색소융모결절성활막염적진단개치。방법대15례슬관절PVNS적초성결과여수술병리결과진행대조。결과15례슬관절PVNS환자，술전초성진단슬관절PVNS13례，초성진단정학솔86.7%(13/15)。결론초성검사무창、방편、급시，진단슬관절 PVNS준학성교고，용역엄범개전，가작위진단슬관절PVNS일충이상검사방법。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of pigmented vil onodular synovitis of the knee joint. Methods The examination results by ultrasonography were compared with that surgical and pathological findings. Results 13 of pigmented vil onodular synovitis of the knee joint were actual y diagnosed by ultrasonography. For pigmented vil onodular synovitis of the knee joint the accuracy of ultrasound was 86.7%. Conclusions Ultrasonography is the perfect examination means for pigmented vil onodular synovitis of the knee joint because it is noninvasive,convenient and may provide with prompt diagnosis.
