目的总结分析血液透析患者行显微头静脉-桡动脉内瘘手术的临床效果。方法总结我科2010年1月~2012年12月行头静脉-桡动脉内瘘成形术建立内瘘手术患者资料，其中，行端端吻合的共108例，端侧吻合75例。结果171例维持性血液透析患者建立内瘘手术一次成功，内瘘成熟时间平均4w，血流量均达到200ml/min，出现内瘘血管合并症9例,4例术后4~6w血流量不能满足血透需要。结论维持性血液透析患者头静脉桡动脉内瘘手术操作简单，并结合围手术期管理，成功率高，并发症少，是建立长期血液透析通路的有效方法。
목적총결분석혈액투석환자행현미두정맥-뇨동맥내루수술적림상효과。방법총결아과2010년1월~2012년12월행두정맥-뇨동맥내루성형술건립내루수술환자자료，기중，행단단문합적공108례，단측문합75례。결과171례유지성혈액투석환자건립내루수술일차성공，내루성숙시간평균4w，혈류량균체도200ml/min，출현내루혈관합병증9례,4례술후4~6w혈류량불능만족혈투수요。결론유지성혈액투석환자두정맥뇨동맥내루수술조작간단，병결합위수술기관리，성공솔고，병발증소，시건립장기혈액투석통로적유효방법。
Objective To summary of the hemodialysis patients and cephalic vein - the clinical ef ect of radial artery fistula in surgery. Methods Summarize our department between January 2010 and December 2010, wardrobe - radial artery vein fistula plasty to establish internal fistula in surgery patient data, among them, the line end to end anastomosis, a total of 108 cases of end side anastomosis in 75 cases. Result 171maintenance hemodialysis patients to establish internal fistula operation a success, fistula maturity time within 4 weeks on average, blood flow of 200 ml/min, a fistula vascular complications in 9 cases, 4 cases of postoperative 4 to 6 weeks, blood flow can not meet the needs of the hemodialysis. Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis patients with cephalic vein radial artery fistula surgery within the operation is simple, and combining the perioperative management, high success rate, less complications, is an ef ective method to establish long-term hemodialysis access.
