At present, the causes and influence factors of the public hospitals' staf turnover, have not made a meticulous and profound study. In this paper it proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the analyzing and concluding the influence factors of employee turnover, which can of er the decision basis for good human resource planning and the reduction of employee'abnormal loss.
