目的研究有和无阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome OSAS)的受试者者血压的变异性及对其影响的有关因素。方法采用病例对照研究,对受试者进行一整夜多导睡眠生理仪监测并测量血压,对结果进行分析对比。结果 OSAS患者醒后即刻血压显著高于睡前,并且随着呼吸暂停病情的加重,血压升高幅度也逐渐增大。呼吸暂停低通气指数(apnea plus hypopnea index AHI)与最低血氧饱和度(minmum oxygen saturation SaO2-min )是醒后即刻血压(收缩压与舒张压)的独立预报因素。结论 OSAS患者血压变异性与无OSAS者存在显著性差异,随着病情程度的加重,血压变异性也逐渐增大。 OSAS的两个重要参数(AHI与SaO2-min)可独立预示OSAS患者醒时即刻的血压升高。

Objective To analysis the variability of blood pressure of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome patients and its significantly related factors. Methods This study adopt case-control study, Al of cases and some of the controls performed the nocturnal polysomnography and measure the blood pressure. Results Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome syndrome has significantly increased diastolic pressure and systolic pressure during morning in the next day than before go to bed . The magnitude of the variability increased with the extent of patients'il ness. AHI and the lowest oxygeon saturation in the night are related to diastolic pressure and systolic pressure, after adjusted for age, sex and BMI. Conclusions The variability of blood pressure in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome patients have significantly dif erence compare with the control group. AHI and the lowest oxygeon saturation can independently forecast the increasing blood pressure in the morning.
