目的了解无偿献血在校大学生健康状况及献血影响因素，为改进大学生献血者招募工作提供理论依据。方法以石家庄市参加无偿献血的在校大学生为研究对象，进行问卷调查，分析影响在校大学生参与无偿献血的因素。结果参加无偿献血的在校大学生健康状况较好，服务因素是影响他们再次献血的主要因素。结论改善献血服务质量，可以有效地稳定和促进大学生无偿献血者队伍的健康持续发展。

Objective To understand health status and influencing factors of blood donation of col ege students, and to provide theoretical basis for recruiting blood donors of col ege students. Methods By stratified random sampling method,a total of 1040 col ege students' blood donors were investigated with self-designed questionnaire,then analysed factors af ecting unpaid blood donation of col ege students. Results Health status of col ege students' blood donors was bet er, service factors were the main factors af ecting their blood donation again. Conclusion Improving service quality could ef ectively stabilize and promote blood donation of col ege students.
