目的观察应用安普贴、碘伏、硫酸镁治疗左氧氟沙星注射液所致静脉炎的效果。方法分析输左氧氟沙星所致的静脉炎116例，采用安普贴外贴治疗组48例，采用50%硫酸镁局部湿敷治疗组43例，采用医用碘伏局部湿敷治疗组25例，将三组患者治疗的好转率、治愈率、无效率进行对比，评价安普贴、碘伏及硫酸镁治疗静脉炎的疗效。结果①安普贴治疗组疗效优于硫酸镁治疗组(P<0.05)；②安普贴治疗组疗效优于碘伏治疗组(P<0.05)；③碘伏治疗组和硫酸镁治疗组疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论安普帖外帖可有效治疗左氧氟沙星注射液所致静脉炎。操作简单，方便，节约护理时间，减少护理工作量，利于患者活动，减轻痛苦，易于接受。
목적관찰응용안보첩、전복、류산미치료좌양불사성주사액소치정맥염적효과。방법분석수좌양불사성소치적정맥염116례，채용안보첩외첩치료조48례，채용50%류산미국부습부치료조43례，채용의용전복국부습부치료조25례，장삼조환자치료적호전솔、치유솔、무효솔진행대비，평개안보첩、전복급류산미치료정맥염적료효。결과①안보첩치료조료효우우류산미치료조(P<0.05)；②안보첩치료조료효우우전복치료조(P<0.05)；③전복치료조화류산미치료조료효무통계학차이(P>0.05)。결론안보첩외첩가유효치료좌양불사성주사액소치정맥염。조작간단，방편，절약호리시간，감소호리공작량，리우환자활동，감경통고，역우접수。
Objectives:To investigate the curing ef ects of algoplaque, iodophor and magnesium sulfate on superficial phlebitis caused by levofloxacin injection. Methods:To analyze 116 patients with superficial phlebitis caused by levofloxacin injection, including the use of algoplaque paste treatment group of 48 cases, the use of magnesium sulfate paste treatment group of 43 cases,the use of iodophor paste treatment group of 25 cases.Through comparing the cure rate、improvement rate and no ef iciency rate of three groups,to evaluate the curing ef ects of algoplaque, iodophor and magnesium sulfate on superficial phlebitis. Results: ①Algoplaque ef ect of the treatment group is bet er than magnesium sulfate treatment group(P<O.05); ②Algoplaque treatment group curative ef ect surpasses the iodine treatment group(P<O.05);③Iodine treatment group and magnesium sulfate treatment groups showed no statistical dif erence (P>0.05). Conclusion: Algoplaque outside post is ef ective in the treatment of phlebitis caused by levofloxacin injection. The use of algoplaque operation is simple, convenient, save the nursing time, reduced the nursing workload, beneficial to patients, al eviate pain, easy to accept.
