面对大型的HIS系统纷繁复杂的开发与变更过程，如何把握好外包过程中的质量控制管理是我们目前急需解决的首要问题，质量管制管理以达到实现风险转移、提高效率、节约成本、提高软件质量的目的。自新版HIS信息系统发布以来，运行稳定，受到全院医生、护士的好评，很大程度上得益于项目的质量控制管理，为我院信息化建设的长远发展打下良好基础。
