To explore the establishment of stroke screening platform of YueBei region based on electronic health records and data mining. The project integrates with magnanimity information resources which aimed at building the platform of YueBei region. By using the data mining technology, the information about stroke high risk population can be obtained through the unique personal identification (health region patient main index, HRPMI) from Hospital Information System (HIS), Laboratory Information Management System (LIS), Picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), Radioiogy information system (RIS) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR), which can be used for real-time monitoring the stroke high risk population.
