选取平均体重为(1.58±0.01)g的健康泥鳅540尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾,对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验A、B、C、D、E组饲料中维生素水平分别为24.375、48.75、97.5、195、390 mg/kg,试验期为30 d。结果表明:当维生素E水平为195 mg/kg时,增重率(WG)、特定生长率(SGR)和蛋白质效率(PER)均达到最大值,饲料系数(FC)达到最小值,分别为112.74%、2.51%、241.23%和2.15,均与对照组差异显著(P<0.01)。维生素E对泥鳅肠道消化酶活性影响显著,195 mg/kg添加组肠道蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性最高而脂肪酶活性最低,分别为14.96、0.206、20.86 U/g prot,均与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。维生素E分别与增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率、饲料系数进行回归分析并考虑维生素E对泥鳅消化酶活性的影响,确定泥鳅幼鱼维生素E适宜需要量为156~196.28 mg/kg。

In this experiment,540 healthy Misgurnus anguillicaudatus with (1.58±0.01)g body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates of 30 each.The control group was fed with basal diet,the experimental groups were fed the feed with the vitamin E levels of 24.375 mg/kg (A),48.75 mg/kg (B),97.5 mg/kg (C),195 mg/kg (D),390 mg/kg (E),respectively.The experiment lasted for 30 d.The result showed that:When vitamin E level was 195mg/kg diet,the fish had the maximal weight gain,special growth rate,protein efficiency ratio,and the feed coefficient achieved the minimals which were 112.74%,2.51%,241.23% and 2.15 respectively,compared with control group,the difference were significant (P<0.01).In addition,vitamin E had significant effect on activities of digestive enzymes of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus(P<0.05).When vitamin E adding amount was 195 mg/kg,experimental fish had the maximal activities of Protease(14.96 U/mg prot)and Amylase(0.206U/mg prot),and had minimal activities of lipase(20.86 U/g prot),respectively.The conic anal-ysis of weight gain,special growth rate,protein efficiency ratio,feed coefficient and the effect of vitamin E level on activi-ties of digestive enzymes of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus indicated that the optimal vitamin E level of Misgurnus anguilli-caudatus was 156~196.28 mg/kg.
