介绍了多伦多ICU护士继续教育的模式,包括课程内容、理论与实践课程的具体安排、实施课程教学形式与方法、医院临床实践以及课程的考核评价方式。同时阐述我国ICU护士继续教育需要更新教育理念,改进课程内容与教学方法,建立较规范及健全的培训评价体系,探索与实施“分层教育”的培训方法,为帮助寻求更有效合理的重症监护护理继续教育模式提供参考。
介紹瞭多倫多ICU護士繼續教育的模式,包括課程內容、理論與實踐課程的具體安排、實施課程教學形式與方法、醫院臨床實踐以及課程的攷覈評價方式。同時闡述我國ICU護士繼續教育需要更新教育理唸,改進課程內容與教學方法,建立較規範及健全的培訓評價體繫,探索與實施“分層教育”的培訓方法,為幫助尋求更有效閤理的重癥鑑護護理繼續教育模式提供參攷。
개소료다륜다ICU호사계속교육적모식,포괄과정내용、이론여실천과정적구체안배、실시과정교학형식여방법、의원림상실천이급과정적고핵평개방식。동시천술아국ICU호사계속교육수요경신교육이념,개진과정내용여교학방법,건립교규범급건전적배훈평개체계,탐색여실시“분층교육”적배훈방법,위방조심구경유효합리적중증감호호리계속교육모식제공삼고。
This paper introduced the model of continuing education of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurses in Toronto, including curriculum contents, arrangement of theory and practice teaching, forms and methods of curriculum teaching, clinical practice in the hospitals and evaluation methods of the curriculum.At the same time it suggested some measures for continuing education for ICU nurses in China, which included updating education idea, improving course contents and teaching methods, establishing a standard and sound training evaluation system and exploring stratified education training pattern. It is meaningful and helpful to establish an effective and reasonable model of ICU continuing education in China.
