细胞生物学是生命科学的4大基础学科之一，已成为高等院校生命科学领域本科生必修的专业基础课程。为提高该学科理论教学质量及人才培养水平，该文从发散思维的教学角度着重探讨《细胞生物学》课程的教学内容和教学手段的优化与改革。依据本学科的发展趋势和速度，建设过硬的教学团队，优化教学内容，借助计算机技术调整教学形式，不断改进教学方法，并建立完善的成绩评定体系，力求克服传统教学中的弊端，最终形成具有鲜明特色的理论教学体系，为促进高校人才培养和精品课建设提供参考。

Cell biology is one of the four basic subjects of life science,and become a compulsory professional course of undergraduates in this field of colleges and universities. In order to improve the quality of teaching and the level of talent training,this paper mainly discussed the optimization and reformation of teaching contents and teaching means of cell biology based on the divergent perspective. According to the development trend and the speed of this discipline,computer technology has been used to adjust the teaching form,update teaching con-tent,and establish a perfect evaluation system. It makes every effort to overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching. Finally,a distinct feature of theory teaching system is formed. These can provide a reference for promot-ing the talent cultivation and the excellence course construction.
