为了获得烟草漂浮育苗适用性好、商业成本低的新型基质配方以代替不可再生的草炭,用腐熟小桐子壳、蛭石与膨化珍珠岩等按不同比例混合,研究不同基质配方对烟种出苗期、出苗率、苗高、成苗期、苗色等育苗质量指标与成品商用基质进行对比育苗试验。结果表明,处理A3(腐熟的小桐子壳∶膨化珍珠岩∶蛭石=60∶20∶20)和A4(腐熟的小桐子壳:膨化珍珠岩∶蛭石=70∶15∶15)配方育苗效果与商品基质差异最小,具备开发为烟草漂浮育苗基质的潜力。

위료획득연초표부육묘괄용성호、상업성본저적신형기질배방이대체불가재생적초탄,용부숙소동자각、질석여팽화진주암등안불동비례혼합,연구불동기질배방대연충출묘기、출묘솔、묘고、성묘기、묘색등육묘질량지표여성품상용기질진행대비육묘시험。결과표명,처리A3(부숙적소동자각∶팽화진주암∶질석=60∶20∶20)화A4(부숙적소동자각:팽화진주암∶질석=70∶15∶15)배방육묘효과여상품기질차이최소,구비개발위연초표부육묘기질적잠력。
In order to obtain a new type of seedling breeding substrates with good applicability and low cost in Nicotiana tabacum L. floating seeding system instead of non-renewable peat substrate,decayed Jatropha hull,ver-miculite,expanded perlite were mixed. According to different mixing ratio,it compared the emergence period,emer-gence rate,seedling height,seedling formation period,seedling colors in different treatment with commercial seed-ling breeding substrates. The results showed that sample A3(decayed Jatropha hull∶expanded perlite∶vermiculite=60∶20∶20)and A4(decayed Jatropha hull∶expanded perlite∶vermiculite=70∶15∶15)seedling quality were closed to commercial seedling breeding substrates,which could be a good potential material of tobacco seedling breeding substrates.
