本研究以葡萄糖为标准品，采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测得白芨胶中多糖含量为75．01%。并通过稳定性、重复性、精密度和回收率等方法学进行考察，结果表明该方法简便易行，结果可靠，可满足白芨胶中多糖含量常规检测的需要。
本研究以葡萄糖為標準品，採用苯酚-硫痠比色法測得白芨膠中多糖含量為75．01%。併通過穩定性、重複性、精密度和迴收率等方法學進行攷察，結果錶明該方法簡便易行，結果可靠，可滿足白芨膠中多糖含量常規檢測的需要。
본연구이포도당위표준품，채용분분-류산비색법측득백급효중다당함량위75．01%。병통과은정성、중복성、정밀도화회수솔등방법학진행고찰，결과표명해방법간편역행，결과가고，가만족백급효중다당함량상규검측적수요。
The polysaccharides in Bletilla striata gum was determined in this paper. It is the first study that using glucose as standard with phenol-sulfuric acid method,and the polysaccharide content is 75. 01%. Based on the results of stability,repeatability,preci-sion and recovery rate experiment study,it was shown that the method is simple,reliable,and can meet the needs of the content de-termination of polysaccharides in Bletilla striata gum.
