目的：探讨彩超引导下介入治疗肾囊肿的疗效，是为了寻找肾囊肿的有效治疗。方法：2006年至2010年在彩超引导下注射无水酒精治疗肾囊肿36例，行超声观察囊肿形态、边界、回声、血流等，并与术前术后超声检查结果进行对比。结果：36例均穿刺成功，术后随访3至12月治愈率97.2%、有效率100%，治疗前后血压，心、肾功能参数比较 p<0.01。结论：在彩超引导下经皮肾穿刺注射无水酒精治疗肾囊肿方便简单、经济、安全、准确、损伤少，还有助于术中指导手术步骤及提供准确信息，在彩超引导下经皮肾穿刺注射硬化剂治疗肾囊肿穿刺术有重要的指导价值，可为肾囊肿治疗首选方案。
目的：探討綵超引導下介入治療腎囊腫的療效，是為瞭尋找腎囊腫的有效治療。方法：2006年至2010年在綵超引導下註射無水酒精治療腎囊腫36例，行超聲觀察囊腫形態、邊界、迴聲、血流等，併與術前術後超聲檢查結果進行對比。結果：36例均穿刺成功，術後隨訪3至12月治愈率97.2%、有效率100%，治療前後血壓，心、腎功能參數比較 p<0.01。結論：在綵超引導下經皮腎穿刺註射無水酒精治療腎囊腫方便簡單、經濟、安全、準確、損傷少，還有助于術中指導手術步驟及提供準確信息，在綵超引導下經皮腎穿刺註射硬化劑治療腎囊腫穿刺術有重要的指導價值，可為腎囊腫治療首選方案。
목적：탐토채초인도하개입치료신낭종적료효，시위료심조신낭종적유효치료。방법：2006년지2010년재채초인도하주사무수주정치료신낭종36례，행초성관찰낭종형태、변계、회성、혈류등，병여술전술후초성검사결과진행대비。결과：36례균천자성공，술후수방3지12월치유솔97.2%、유효솔100%，치료전후혈압，심、신공능삼수비교 p<0.01。결론：재채초인도하경피신천자주사무수주정치료신낭종방편간단、경제、안전、준학、손상소，환유조우술중지도수술보취급제공준학신식，재채초인도하경피신천자주사경화제치료신낭종천자술유중요적지도개치，가위신낭종치료수선방안。
Objectives To explore the ultrasound guided interventional treatment for renal cyst, is to seek for the effective treatment of renal cyst.Methods 2006 to 2010 in ultrasound guided percutaneous injection of ethanol in treatment of renal cyst in 36 cases, ultrasound observation of cyst morphology, boundary, echo, blood flow, and preoperative a nd postoperative ultrasound examination results.Results 36 cases were successful puncture, after a fol ow-up of 3 to December the cure rate was 97.2%, with an efficiency of 1 00%, before and after treatment, blood pressure, heart, kidney function parameters comparison of P<0.01. Conclusions In ultrasound guided percutaneous renal puncture and injection of anhydrous alcohol in the treatment of renal cyst is simple and convenient, economic, safe, accurate, less damage, also help to guide the procedure of the operation and to provide accurate information, in ultrasound guided percutaneous renal puncture and sclerosing treatment of renal cyst puncture has important guidance value, can be renal cyst treated the preferred scheme.
