本文通过灰分法、酸解法和在线超滤膜预处理法三种样品前处理在多糖产品中的Cl-,SO42-,PO43-三种阴离子含量分析结果的对比,建立了一种快速且便捷同时检测多糖产品中多种离子的离子色谱方法。该方法采用在线超滤膜预处理法对多糖产品进行前处理,以碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和丙酮混合液为淋洗液,实现了Cl-, SO42-,PO43-三种阴离子的分离与检测。方法的线性关系良好,Cl-,SO42-,PO43-的检出限(以信噪比( S/N)为3计)分别为0.03、0.05、0.08μg·mL-1,加标回收率为96.2%~103.6%,色谱峰面积的重复性良好。该方法灵敏度高,准确性高,稳定性好,检测限低,样品预处理简单,操作简单迅速,有良好的可靠性和实用性。

Ash method,acidic hydrolysis and online ultrafiltration pretreatment methods were introduced into anionic contents ion chromatographic analysis of Cl-,SO4 2-,PO4 3- in polysaccharide products. A quick and convenient method has been developed for simultaneously determining the anion contents,such as Cl-,SO4 2-,PO4 3- in polysaccharide products. This method could realize the separation and detection of the anions simultaneously using sodium carbonate,sodium bicarbonate and acetone as mobile phase and inline filtration in pretreatment of the polysaccharide products. The calibration curves showed good linearity. The detection limits (LOD,S/N=3)of Cl-,SO42-,PO43- were 0. 03,0. 05 and 0. 08μg·mL-1. By spiked standard solutions in the samples,the recov-eries were in the range of 96. 2% ~103. 6%. The peak areas showed good repeatability. The method has a good reliability and prac-ticability with high sensitivity,high accuracy,good stability,low detection limit,simple sample pretreatment,simple and quick opera-tion.
