微细铣刀主要用于PCB板材的铣削加工。微细铣刀与普通铣刀的主要区别在于长径比大、刚性差及挠性变形大等特点。这些特点使得微细铣刀在铣削加工时存在着一些很难避免的困难问题,如寿命不高、板边尺寸难以控制等。文章研究在经过微细铣刀的逆铣和顺铣方式加工后,PCB板材上下叠板呈现出的尺寸变化规律。

Micro router is mainly used for PCB processing. The main difference with the ordinary milling cutter is the former has a large aspect ratio, poor rigidity and large lfexibility deformation. During milling, these features lead to some dififculties which are hard to be avoided, such as short life and poor dimension accuracy. In this paper, the size variation of top and bottom boards after up and down milling is investigated.
