企业参与职业教育的积极性是影响校企合作的关键。从对杭州市部分中等职业学校和校企合作相关企业的调查入手，分析企业参与职业教育积极性的现状，探讨了制约企业参与职业教育积极性的因素，并从政府、学校、企业层面提出了增强企业参与职业教育积极性的对策建议。

The enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in vocational education is the key to affect the cooperation between enterprises and vocational schools. This article investigates some secondary vocational schools and enter-prises with questionnaire in Hangzhou city, and analyzes the factors that restrict the cooperation between enter-prises and vocational schools. Finally, the article gives some advice for the government, schools and the enterprises to enhance enthusiasm of enterprises’ participate in vocational education.
