针对双重决策信息下的群决策问题，提出了一类基于群体意见交互式修正的信息联动决策方法。建立双重语言信息的结构转化方法，提出了基于综合偏好矩阵的方案整体绩效测度方法；以专家判断矩阵和方案综合偏好矩阵的偏离度为控制变量，构建了辨别弱有效性专家的目标规划模型；通过将专家意见表征为多维空间向量，建立了弱有效性专家意见的修正方法及修正步长优化模型，进而提出了双重信息的决策方法。

A novel intelligent interactive group decision-making method is proposed concerning dual linguis-tic information,which can be utilized to solve the group decision problems including preference information and decision support information.A structure transformation method concerning dual information is designed and the comprehensive preference matrix is defined to measure the overall performances of alternatives.Additional-ly,considering the degree of deviation between experts’judgment matrices and the comprehensive preference matrix as a control variable,a programming model is constructed to distinguish the weak effective experts.Fur-thermore,by transferring experts’preferences to multi-dimensional vectors,a correction method and a mini-mum step optimization model are constructed to modify the weak effective experts’information.Finally,a nu-merical case is conducted to verify the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method.
