波导终端短路,采用反射法,通过测量填充固体材料后波节点的偏移和驻波比,计算得到电容率.实验结果与微波网络分析仪的测试结果相符.实验确定填充固体材料最适长度为波长的1/4.

A terminal short-circuit waveguide method was used to measure the capacitivity of solid materials .The shift of the wave nodes when the waveguide was filled with solid material and the standing wave ratio were measured by reflective method ,and the optimal filling length was a quarter of the wavelength .The results were in accordance with that measured by microwave network analy-zer .
