目的 探讨多媒体教学在妇产科临床护理带教中的应用效果.方法 将168名于我院妇产科病房实习的护生随机分为对照组和观察组各84名,对照组采用常规方法带教,观察组采用多媒体教学带教.比较两组护生出科前的理论、操作考试及综合能力考核成绩,并对两组护生对带教老师、授课内容及授课形式的满意度调查结果进行比较.结果 观察组在理论、操作考试及综合能力考核上显著优于对照组(P<0.01),在对带教老师、授课内容及授课形式的满意度方面也优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 结合妇产科临床带教的特点,合理地应用形式多样的多媒体教学,可充分利用临床教学资源,提高临床护理带教的水平.

Objective To explore the application effect of multimedia teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching of obsterics and gynaecology.Methods Totaled of 168 nursing students were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 84cases in each group.The multimedia teaching method was applied in the observation group,while the traditional teaching method was applied in the control group.The scores of theory,practice and comprehensive abilities of two groups were compared,the satisfaction degree of teacher,teaching content and teaching mode was compared between two groups.Results There were significant differences in the scores of theoretical exams,technological exams and students'comprehensive abilities evaluation (P < 0.01) as well as the satisfaction degree of nursing students on teachers,teaching content and teaching mode (P < 0.05).Conclusions Applying the multimedia teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynaecology combined with its characteristic can make full use of clinical teaching resources,enhance the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
