Teriparatide for injection%Osteoporosis%Ovariectomized%Rat
为检测注射用特立帕肽对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松动物模型的保护作用,评价其与进口制剂体内抗骨质疏松生物活性的一致性,选取健康Sprague Dawley大鼠,分别设立假手术组、模型组、注射用特立帕肽手术组,特立帕肽对照品手术组。连续给药16周后,评价其对实验动物大鼠各组胫骨密度值(bone mineral density, BMD)、股骨力学改变以及血清中 ALP 活力、钙磷含量变化的影响,结果表明注射用特立帕肽给药组可明显改善骨质疏松大鼠的骨密度及骨力学性能,部分逆转ALP活力的升高及血清钙磷的降低,且其体内抗骨质疏松活性与上市对照品基本一致,提示注射用特立帕肽在动物体内有较好的抗骨质疏松活性。

위검측주사용특립파태대거란소대서골질소송동물모형적보호작용,평개기여진구제제체내항골질소송생물활성적일치성,선취건강Sprague Dawley대서,분별설립가수술조、모형조、주사용특립파태수술조,특립파태대조품수술조。련속급약16주후,평개기대실험동물대서각조경골밀도치(bone mineral density, BMD)、고골역학개변이급혈청중 ALP 활력、개린함량변화적영향,결과표명주사용특립파태급약조가명현개선골질소송대서적골밀도급골역학성능,부분역전ALP활력적승고급혈청개린적강저,차기체내항골질소송활성여상시대조품기본일치,제시주사용특립파태재동물체내유교호적항골질소송활성。
To investigate the protective effects and quality consistency of Teriparatide for injecton on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats, the female healthy SD rats were randomly divided into sham group, Ovariectomized model group, OVX group treated by Teriparatide for injecton and OVX group treated by Teriparatide control. After administered for 16 weeks, the bone mineral density(BMD), femoral mechanical change and ALP activity, changes in calcium and phosphorus were determined. The results showed the OVX group treated by Teriparatide for injecton can improve the BMD and mechanical properties of bone significantly compared with the sham-operated rats . Meanwhile, the increase in ALP activity and the decline of calcium and phosphorus in serum were partly restored by teripatide. The total results suggests Teriparatide for injecton has good anti-osteoroposis activity in ovariectomized osteoporosis rats and has consistant quality compared with the marked medicine.
