共享系统是基于临床科研一体化理念，利用现代信息技术，在标准化、规范化的基础上，充分整合计算机、数理统计、数据挖掘、人工智能等方法构建的中医临床研究技术平台，可实现病人诊疗信息的全面、规范、结构化的采集和挖掘分析与利用。客观评价其建设进度与建设水平需要借助规范化、网络化的技术平台。提出了共享系统网络评审平台的实现方式，就平台架构设计、工作流程及系统功能设计、用户权限管理等平台构建的关键问题进行了系统分析。

Information Sharing system is a kind of technology platform for the clinical research of traditional Chinese Medicine which is built based on the concept of integrated clinical research, using modern information technology to fully integrate the information channels such as computers, mathematical statistics, data mining, and artificial intelligence on the basis of standardization and normalization. It can achieve a comprehensive, normative and structured collection, analysis and utilization. Standardized and network-based technology platform is needed to make an objective evaluation on its construction progress and construction level. This paper presents the realization way of the network accreditation platform and systematically analyzes the key points on platform construction such as architecture design, workflow, system function design and the management of the user' s rights.
