利用GreatDHIEP信息交换平台技术,构建安全稳定的三层/多层软件架构,提供C/M/S和B/M/S应用模式,支持分布式、异构、跨平台系统处理数据,采用“数据与网络分离、技术与业务分离、前台与后台分离”的三分离原则,研究开发基于该“信息交换平台”的远程会诊支持系统,实现了异构数据库的数据抽取、分拣或直接采集检查、检验设备数据进行统一管理。采用了无损压缩技术传输数据,同时研究降低其对网络带宽、视频设备性能的要求措施,从而降低远程会诊系统的建设成本。将多项技术、多个系统进行整合,组成多层级、多模式的远程会诊系统,便于推广应用到基层卫生室(所)。

With GreatDHIEP information exchange platform technology, safe and stable three-layer/multi-layer software architecture is constructed and C/M/S and B/M/S application mode are provided. Distributed, heterogeneous and cross-platform system data processing is supported. Using the principles of separation of data and network, separation of technology and business, and separation of foreground and background, the research and development are based on the remote consultation support system of information exchange platform. The unified management of data extraction and sorting of heterogeneous database or direct checking and inspection of equipment data is realized. The lossless compression technology is used to transmit data. At the same time the requirements and measures to reduce the performance of network bandwidth and video equipment are studied, so as to reduce the construction cost of remote consultation system. Multiple technologies and multiple systems are integrated to form a multi-level and multi-mode remote consultation system, for the popularization and application to the basic-level clinic (health center).
