本文应用顶空进样方式,DB-DAX毛细管柱分离,FID检测器,内标法定量测定复方盐酸利多卡因注射液中乙醇含量,结果乙醇和内标正丙醇分离度为30.3。在所考察的线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9996。平均回收率为99.2%,重现性分别为0.50%,乙醇检测限为0.0005μl/mL。

A method for determination of ethanol condense in compound Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection by headspace gas chromatography by DB-WAX column with FID detector was developed. Ethanol and prapanol(the internal standard) were completely separated. The degree of separation was 30.3. Good linearity was achieved being 0.9996. The average recovery was 99.2%. The RSD of repetition was 0.50%. The detection limits was 0.0005μl/mL for ethnaol.
